If you have a steady hand, and a fresh, fine point Sharpie you can make lines that way. Another way, and the way I prefer is using some fine line tape. ABC Hobby makes some .5mm (and .3mm I think) that is great for doing panel lines. Mini Works also makes some sheets of fine lines for doing panels in various thicknesses.
